During this period Costello Construction Company:
- Completed plumbing below slab rough-in at the lower level;
- Completed plumbing slab rough-in at the Pavilion;
- Located existing sanitary pipe and made tie in;
- Installed waterproofing, drain tile and gravel and compacted fill against the foundation wall , north and west side;
- Located existing water line;
- Completed concrete core walls from the 4th floor to the roof at elevator 2 and 3;
- Completed 2nd to 3rd floor foundation walls vicinity elevator 1 lobby;
- Completed concrete core walls at elevator 1, stair 1 from the 4th floor to the 5th floor;
- Completed electrical rough-in at the lower level sub grade;
- Started forming foundation walls at the dumpster enclosure to the 1st floor.
