During this period Costello Construction Company:
- Continued plumbing rough-in at the lower level ( 95% complete);
- Completed back fill and compaction at the Pavilion interior walls;
- Began steel columns and beams at the 2nd floor;
- Installed waterproofing and compacted fill against foundation walls east side;
- Installed waterproofing , drain tile and gravel fill against the foundation wall, north and west side;
- Received MEVA forms for elevator 4/5 core walls;
- Completed 1st floor to 2nd floor foundation walls vicinity elevator 1 lobby;
- Completed concrete core walls at elevator 1, stair 1 from the 3rd to 4th floor;
- Began installation of 2nd floor steel decking;
- Placed and finished 1st floor concrete slab on deck to column line 3;
- Began electrical rough-in at the lower level sub grade.
