During this period Costello Construction Company:
- Began erecting steel for first floor of building on July 2, 2013;
- Received cast iron soil pipe and began plumbing rough in at the pavilion and lower level;
- Installed drain tile system at the pavilion interior areas;
- Installed rebar, formwork and pour concrete foundation walls at elevators 1 and stair 1 to the first floor;
- Installed formwork, reinforcing steel and concrete placement from lower level to first floor at elevators 2 and 3 ;
- Continued rebar placement and concrete placement at basement foundation walls.
- Completed backfill, re-grading and compaction work is underway at the basement to re-establish grade;
- Completed as-built survey of remaining caissons;
- Completed masonry wall grouting at the pavilion;
- Installed concrete base and fiberglass sump tank vicinity of the loading dock.
