During this period Costello Construction Company:
- Completed reinforcing steel at Mat B;
- Completed placing concrete at Mat B;
- Began rebar replacement at basement foundation walls;
- Excavated and placed rebar and concrete for wall footings, north end of basement;
- Placed concrete for remaining grade beams at the basement;
- Installed meter and temporary power to the trailer compound;
- Install rebar and pour concrete foundation walls at elevators 2 and 3;
- Continue as-built surveys of caissons with two remaining.
