During this period Costello Construction Company:
- Completed reinforcing steel at Mat A;
- Completed placing concrete at Mat A;
- Completed placing concrete and reinforcing steel at Mat C;
- Completed caisson construction : all caissons poured, fabricated and tested;
- Placed concrete for grade beams at the pavilion;
- Completed excavating Mat B with mud mat, at the basement;
- Pepco has energized temporary power for the trailer compound;
- As-built survey of caissons continues;
- CSL testing at caissons continues;
- Installation of rebar and concrete foundation walls at elevator 4 and 5.
