During this period Costello Construction Company:
Continued building caisson rebar cages;
Completed partial layout for test borings in basement and remainder of pavilion;
Continued test borings in basement and completed at the pavilion;
Completed installation of excavation support system;
Completed drilling and installing 30 caissons;
Performed CSL testing of Caissons CS 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 3E;
Continued to stockpile excavated soil.
