During this period Costello Construction Company:
- Completed building caissons rebar cages;
- Completed test borings in basement and remainder of Pavilion;
- Reinforced steel and concrete placement completed at mat C;
- Drilled and installed 41 completed caissons;
- Excavated and placed reinforcing steel for grade beams at the Pavilion;
- Began excavating mat A at the basement;
- Prepared foundation layout at the Pavilion;
- Performed as-built survey of caissons at the Pavilion.
