During this period Costello Construction Company:
- Continued building caisson rebar cages;
- Performed partial layout for test borings in basement and remainder of pavilion;
- Continued installation of excavating support system;
- Installed balance of caissons at the pavilion;
- Continued test borings in basement and completed at the pavilion;
- Relocated temporary power shed;
- Performed CSL testing of Caissons CS 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 3E;
- Installed fabric panels on construction fence;
- Installed 2nd construction fence.
