During this period Costello Construction Company:
- Completed test borings at mat "C";
- Continued building caisson rebar cages;
- Prepared layout for caissons at mat "C";
- Received four loads of foundation rebar;
- Performed CSL testing of test caisson;
- Completed installing gear in electric shed.
