Notice to proceed with the project issued to Costello Construction by Montgomery County on January 7, 2013.During this period, Costello Construction Company:
- Received notice to proceed;
- Began mobilization with trailers & earth moving equipment;
- Received erosion /sediment controls and foundation permits;
- Held a Site preconstruction meeting;
- Installed the construction fence;
- Held a preparatory meeting for E & S installation;
- Installed super silt fence for E & S perimeter controls;
- Began clearing and grubbing; and
- Continued with submittals.
